Christian education Sunday School Classes
At First Lutheran, you're never too young or too old to learn. We currently offer several educational classes and are continuously updating them to meet our members' needs. Sunday classes are provided for all ages, from pre-school through adult years at 9:15 am. each Sunday September through May.



 

Weekly Bible Study


A Bible study for adults is offered every Wednesday at 10:00 am. and special Bible study series are held throughout the year on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 pm. and at announced times. Newcomers are welcome any time. Call the church office for a schedule of classes and dates.



 

Confirmation/First Communion Instruction


A two-year program of Confirmation instruction is offered to young people of junior high school age.  For elementary school children, a three-session introduction is provided to prepare them to receive the Sacrament of Holy Communion. Parents are consulted as to when it is appropriate for their child to receive their First Communion.
